Please take the updated survey
The NDPTC (ndptc.hawaii.edu) and UH PURL, supported by FEMA and community partners, develops and delivers training courses for first responders and emergency managers.
Mahalo for your help circulating COVID-19 Contact Tracking Survey. We received over 22 thousands responses. Results of the initial 11 thousands responses are available at: https://www.hawaiidata.org/covid19-blog/2020/4/10/insights-from-the-hawaii-covid-contact-tracking-survey. We are actively analyzing rest of the data as well.
In order to continue tracking COVID-19 and its impacts in communities across the state, we updated the survey by including questions on socioeconomic impacts. We request you to send this second version in your networks and constituents. Individuals who have taken the first version can take the survey again. The questionnaire will take about 15 minutes to complete. If respondents have already taken the first version, they may need to clear their browser history or use a different browser to re-enter new responses.
