Dr. Oceana Francis Develops a Training Program on Stormwater Issues and Best Practices in Management Design

Dr. Oceana Francis of University of Hawaii's Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering received a grant from the University of Hawaii's member of the Pacific Southwest Region University Transportation Center (PSR-UTC) to develop a training course on Stormwater Issues and Best Practices in Management and Design. This material will be integrated into a FEMA certified training course to be delivered nationally by the National Disaster Preparedness Training Center (NDPTC).
