November 6 is World Town Planning Day

Come join the festivities

On November 6, 2013, the University of Hawaii's Department of Urban and Regional Planning and Hawaii's Chapter of the American Planning Association will be celebrating World Town Planning Day. The festivities begin from 4:30 to 6:00 PM at the Pau Hana in Saunders Hall Courtyard located on the University of Hawaii at Manoa's campus. Then from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, come joing the panel discussion of the Kaka'ako TOD Overlay Plan, moderated by Dr. Dan Boylan. The panelists include: Mr. Anthony Ching, Executive Director of HCDA, Mr. Tom Fee, Principal of Helbert Hastert and Fee, and Mr. John Whalen, Founding Principal of PlanPacific.
