Description: | This course is designed to enhance the ability of Security Professionals to prepare for and plan to react immediately in the event of a natural disaster in order to meet the disaster response and recovery needs of their facility and to provide support to local first responder agencies as needed. Target Audience: | The target audience for this awareness level training course is the approximately 1.1 million civilian security professionals employed in almost every industry (including critical infrastructure, tourism, finance, medicine, manufacturing, retail, education, sports, government facilities, transportation, and many others). |

Costs: | The cost of developing and delivering training is covered by a cooperative agreement with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
