// About E-Learning
The National Disaster Preparedness Training Center (NDPTC) provides mobile trainings that focus on Natural disasters and hazards. We provide instructor led trainings across the nation to first responders, emergency managers, volunteers, public and private organizations, and the community.
NDPTC has initiated an E-learning program targeted to offering participants a convenient way to access and complete our educational trainings. Participants have the benefit of completing our web based courses on their own time and at any convenient location of their choice with a computer and access to the internet. Our dynamic and interactive trainings allow participants to get involved in the course with the use of knowledge checks; and our easy to use course menus provide participants with the freedom to move through the content at their liberty.
Review our E-learning course catalog to view our available web based course offerings. Innovative training is just a click away!
Some of the following courses may currently be in the pilot phase of the certification process.
Those courses will
not be associated with stated course numbers as of yet. Upon final certification of the course,
you will be able to
download your certificate by logging in to your NDPTC account. Participants can complete
web-based courses in lieu
of the instructor-led courses for prerequisite purposes unless otherwise noted.
Completion of a web-based course does NOT qualify an individual to
become an instructor for the instructor-led version of the same course.
